How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We process orders within 1-3 business days. Typically, orders are delivered within 5-10 business days from the purchase date, depending on your location in South Africa. During peak periods (e.g., holidays), delivery may take 10-14 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

How quickly do you dispatch orders?

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. During high-demand periods, slight delays may occur, but we’ll keep you informed.

Is delivery free?

We offer free delivery on orders over R750. For orders below R750, a delivery fee of R90 applies. All fees are displayed at checkout.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number immediately after placing your order. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express). All options are shown at checkout and provided by YOCO.

Is your checkout process secure?

Absolutely. Our checkout uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information, ensuring a secure shopping experience.

What if I have an issue with my order?

If you encounter any problems (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items), please contact us at blissbloomthebrand@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and details of the issue, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Can I return a product?

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for opened or used beauty and personal care products. If your item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details and instructions.

Will my email address be used for anything other than order-related communication?

We value your privacy. Your email is used only for order updates, shipping confirmations, and, if you opt in, promotional offers about our products. We do not share or sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within South Africa. Contact us if you’re interested in international shipping, and we’ll explore options.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery through our courier partner’s website. Delivery is with Courier Guy, and is usually 2-4 working days anywhere in SA.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible at blissbloomthebrand@gmail.com with your order number. Once processing begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
