We currently ship to all regions within South Africa. International shipping is not available at this time; however, if you would like to explore cross-border options, please contact us at blissbloomthebrand@gmail.com.
Shipping Method & Delivery Times
Current Shipping Partner – 17Track
Due to the increased demand for our products and temporary stock limitations with some of our local suppliers, we are currently using 17Track for order tracking and delivery management. This allows us to fulfil orders efficiently by sourcing directly from our international fulfilment partners when local inventory runs low.
This solution ensures you still receive your products without delays caused by restocking cycles within South Africa.
Reverting Back to Local Couriers
Please note that this is a temporary logistics measure. Once our local supplier stock levels stabilise and we are able to keep up with demand consistently, we will revert back to our standard South African courier partner for domestic deliveries. Our goal is always to provide the fastest, most reliable, and affordable delivery experience for our customers.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and the dispatch route. During peak periods, public holidays, or high-volume promotional seasons, slight delays may occur.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking email containing a link to follow your parcel via 17Track.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: Orders over R650 qualify for free delivery.
Standard Shipping: Orders under R650 carry a R75 shipping fee.
No Hidden Fees: There are no unexpected charges at checkout. Should international shipping options be introduced in the future, customs fees (where applicable) will be the customer’s responsibility.

We proudly operate from Johannesburg, South Africa.
While many products ship directly from our local warehouse, some items may be dispatched from our international fulfilment partner when local suppliers are out of stock. This ensures continuous availability and avoids long restock delays.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number within 1–3 business days. You can monitor the progress of your parcel via 17Track.

Delivery Issues
Delays may occur due to logistics, customs processes, or seasonal demand.
Lost or Damaged Parcels: Contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Address: Ensure your address is correct at checkout, as Bliss & Bloom cannot be held liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
Important Notes
Hygiene & Returns: Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned. Refer to our Return Policy for unopened items.
Order Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon purchase, followed by updates once the order is on its way.
